Renew YOUTH Player Registration & Membership

Every season all YOUTH players are required to renew their

– PLAYER REGISTRATION and their

– CLUB MEMBERSHIP

Both steps are done via your PARENT GMS account (Not the Players) and are two separate processes.

NB: BEFORE you start:

• make sure you can see all your family names in your ‘Friends and Family’ area as everything needs to be actioned from the one parent account. If your children are split across two parents then please email oldcolfeians.gms.help@gmail.com before you carry on and we will help.

STEP 1 – Player Registration

1. Log in to YOUR GMS account (Not your child’s !)
2. Select your child’s name in ‘Family & Friends‘
3. Select Register as Player (Age Grade)
4. Return to Family area and continue until all your children have been registered
5. Once done, return to your Dashboard and proceed to Step 2. (Your Dashboard is found under your profile image in the top right hand corner)

STEP 2 – Purchase Club Membership

NB: An Adult Non-Player membership must be in your basket before you add your child’s.

1. Select Buy Membership
2. Select PARENT’S name – choose 1 of the Adult Non-Player membership
   from our OC’s Medal membership scheme *
3. Select 1st Child’s name – add YOUTH Player membership
4. Select siblings – add YOUTH Player (Siblings) Membership
5. Select ‘Add Ons’ – add Kit, club merchandise or Donations
6. Then Check out… Any ?’s…go to ‘Checkout FAQ’s’)
   
   * Our OC’s Medal Membership scheme gives families the opportunity to get up to 40% discount on their child’s membership whilst supporting our club at a level that financially suits them and ranges from our minimum required ‘FREE BRONZE’ level to our ‘All Inclusive PLATINUM’ 
   
   Funds raised from our Adult Non-Player memberships help us:
   
   – offer FREE membership to kids who need it
   – continue our local community ‘Outreach Rugby’
   – keep player subs as low as possible
   – pay for visiting teams match day food
   – support ongoing maintenance, regeneration and renovations
   
   * If you wish to upgrade or downgrade a current Adult Non-Player membership, please contact oldcolfeians.gms.help@gmail.com BEFORE purchasing any Adult or Child memberships.

Financial Assistance:  Please do speak to your Team Manager if paying by Installments would help. Alternatively, do fill in our Financial Assistance form and send it to your Team Manager if your child qualifies for Pupil Premium at school or if help at this time would be of benefit for your family.

CLUB KIT, MERCHANDISE & DONATIONS (+ Gift Aid)

You can now add a Donation (+ Gift Aid) and or buy selected kit items including New Player Bundles plus merchandise such as Umbrellas, scarfs, hats etc on GMS by selecting from the ‘Add on’s’ area. Items can also be bought from the club shop in the clubhouse.

There is also a large range of other items including standard kit available directly from our club suppliers Tylers. NB: Items ordered from Tylers are made to order and are not stock items. Therefore, unfortunately no refunds are available.

By renewing your child’s membership you agree to abide by our policies and codes of conduct. Please familiarise yourself with the Parent and Safeguarding sections in the Clubs Handbook, taking specific note of the safety information/policies which exist for your child’s welfare and enjoyment of Rugby.
