Information
On behalf of the Old Colfeian's Rugby Football Club we would like to welcome you and your child to the Mini and Junior sections and give you some information about our club and activities.
The Minis and Juniors have been in existence for just eight years, but we have come a long way in that time. We are now an important, flourishing and growing part of the club.
Membership
All players are required to become a member of the OCRFC in order to play at the club. This ensures that we can fulfil our duty of care to your child and that we are complying with our child welfare responsibilities.
The benefits of membership are; insurance coverage under the RFU policy, access to training pitches, qualified coaches, regular training sessions, use of all training equipment, invitation to club events, club shop and paid-for player registration for all festivals and tournaments.
Safeguarding
Old Colfeians adhere to the RFU's requirements on child/U18s safety.
We require our volunteers to hold a current CRB certificate, to have undergone a RFU safeguarding course and to follow our safeguarding policies, available on the Safeguarding page.
Our current Safeguarding Officer is Nikki Gare.
