A few updates to keep you in touch with what is happening at the club.
As we all struggle to beat this uncompromising virus we are trying to make sure we are in contact with everyone involved with OCRFC, either by regular emails, on WhatsApp groups or other social media sites and of course just a plain old fashioned phone call. Please make every effort to chat to other members letting us know of anyone who is having any issues you never know who at the club might be able to help.
RFU National Player Survey – Click Here to complete
Please can I encourage all players to complete this year’s player survey which is based around the different formats of the game, how Covid-19 has impacted them in the last 12 months and how they might take part in future. Your support will help us to protect and grow the game at this difficult time. Do not just complain have your say about the future.
The RFU has created a digital Wall of Remembrance at a time when it has been difficult to mourn the deaths or celebrate the lives of those lost to their families, the game and their local rugby clubs.

One piece of sad news Buster Brown has passed away recently, he was a long standing member of the club . Having suffered a fall he then contracted Coronavirus which was just to much for him. He was 86 years old and his claim to fame at the club was as captain at the Middlesex Sevens Finals day at Twickenham in 1959, after the 3 – 0 defeat against Leicester there was an article in the The Daily Telegraph saying that he could make a contribution in most teams, there is a picture in the club house of the team.
