On 28 October 2023 we trained 12 first aiders at Horn Park. Covering all our age groups from under 6 to the senior teams, for most it was their introduction to first aiding while some were refreshing previous training. The course ran from 9am through to 4:30pm on Saturday.
The safety of our players as well as all people at our club is our first priority and having a team of qualified first aiders goes a long way to helping us to fulfil that aim.
Congratulations to all those who were trained this week and thank you to the first aiders’ team and to all those who give their time to volunteer so that OCRFC can provide rugby to the children of our community at a reasonable cost.
