Project 100 – Exciting Good News
We have just received planning permission from Greenwich Council for our two new changing rooms. This is a key moment in the project.
It means we can now move forward to the next stage, which involves inviting tenders for the construction work.
Meanwhile, we are continuing our crucial fund-raising programme, both within the club and from external sources.
At present we have raised over £300,000 from your efforts, grants and pledges from members. Now we need to really go for it and raise the £150,000 needed to start Phase1. So please check with your company to see if they offer any grants to charities. we have just received a £16,000 grant from one members firm. There must be others who we could follow up. Consider pledging an amount to the project or supporting your age groups fund raising efforts or just have a look on our CrowdFunding link.
We are nearly there. We just need that major push over the next few months. Just contact one of the committee members if you need more information.
