A very disappointing result for the 1XV at the weekend. A game I’m sure the boys will want to forget and bounce back from quickly. With a few players out for the rest of the season within the first 20mins a few players had to change positions. Livett had a run out at flanker (to which Ironsides voted him MOTM), Dunbar gave Ramo a run for his money at prop (despite the advice given from coach and captain) and Hepden used his granny chasing skills on the wing. Dele scored an amazing try catching the ball one handed and mowing down a few players from 22 meters out. Credit to Ironsides who capitalised on our performance, proving just how competitive this league really is.
