At Old Colfeians Rugby Football Club, we know that being part of a team is about more than what happens on the pitch. It’s about looking after one another, supporting each other through the tough times, and making sure nobody feels they have to face things alone. 🏉
Mental health matters to all of us — players, parents, supporters, coaches and staff. 💙
Tomorrow, on World Mental Health Day, we want to remind everyone in our OCRFC family that it’s OK to not be OK. You don’t have to have all the answers, and you don’t have to struggle in silence. Whether you’re having a difficult time or simply need someone to talk to, please reach out. There is always someone willing to listen, without judgement.
We’re also pleased to announce the relaunch of our OCRFC Mental Health First Aider facility, reinforcing our commitment to supporting the wellbeing of everyone connected to our club.

Let’s continue to look out for each other, check in with our teammates, and remember that asking for help is a sign of strength, not weakness.
💙 It’s OK to not be OK. You’re never alone at OCRFC
