Grasshoppers Tournament

1946

On Saturday 10th August we entered the Grasshoppers 15-A-Side tournament. Fast paced but chaotic games of 10 minute halves, saw us draw against London Scottish Amateurs and Hammersmith & Fulham, beat Battersea Ironsides, lose to the hosts Grasshoppers with a team of walking wounded.

Great first hit-out and good fun had by all
