You will no doubt have been following the Government’s recent announcements with regards to emerging from lockdown and easing restrictions in England and, while there may still be a degree of uncertainty, there is definitely a sense that there is some light at the end of the tunnel.
The RFU in conjunction with the Government have updated the Return to Rugby Roadmap, which if things go forward as planned in the ’emerging from lockdown strategy’ means we are back to Horn Park with the following plans.

Bar Opening – this Sunday when it looks like good weather why not come down and have a drink, plenty of room no need to book, service outside, following all regulations and social distancing restrictions. Looking forward to seeing you at the club.
Touch Rugby – will start on Saturday 5th June from 10.00am for all ages, Walking Rugby will be back as well. More details will appear on the website soon.
AGM 27th June – we have moved the date back one week in the hope that we will be able to actually meet at the club.
Senior Pre Season Training – will start on 28th June details to follow.
City Lunch – will be pushed back again until 3rd September, this does of course depend on the current restrictions being lifted.
Updated on Clive Corlett who had a fall and injured his hip, after coming home after his operation unfortunately he has suffered some complication and had to return to hospital for a further operation he is now back home recovering, we wish him a speedy recovery.

RFU Wall of Remembrance – at a time when it has been difficult to mourn the deaths or celebrate the lives of those lost to their families, the game and their local rugby clubs.
