You will no doubt have been following the Government’s recent announcements with regards to emerging from lockdown and easing restrictions in England and, while there may still be a degree of uncertainty, there is definitely a sense that there is some light at the end of the tunnel.
The RFU in conjunction with the Government have updated the Return to Rugby Roadmap, which if things go forward as planned in the ’emerging from lockdown strategy’ means we are back to Horn Park with the following plans.

Bar Opening – from 17th/18th April we will be re-opening the bar, table service outside to begin with, following all regulations and social distancing restrictions. Looking forward to seeing you at the club.
Touch Rugby – will start on Saturday 5th June from 10.00am for all ages, Walking Rugby will be back as well. More details will appear on the website soon.
AGM 27th June – we have moved the date back one week in the hope that we will be able to actually meet at the club.
Senior Pre Season Training – will start on 28th June details t follow.
City Lunch – will be pushed back again until August/September date TBC
Some news on Clive Corlett who has had a fall and injured his hip, after spending some time in hospital following an operation he is now back home recovering, we wish him a speedy recovery.
200 Club February Draw – are you one of the lucky winners check by Clicking Here If you are not yet a member also have a look all the joining instructions are also there, the fund is delivering much needed revenue into the club so many thanks to all are already members.
RFU Wall of Remembrance – at a time when it has been difficult to mourn the deaths or celebrate the lives of those lost to their families, the game and their local rugby clubs.
