Who's Touring!
What you need to know (for now)
Detailed arrangements are underway for what promises to be another classic OCRFC Tour. Much more detail will follow in due course, but here are the basics:

Joining the Tour
OCRFC tours provide a once in a lifetime opportunity to visit and travel around a different part of the world with your mates, play rugby, meet the locals and drink brew - all with very little organisation required from you. The Tour Management Team can guarantee you get a hell of a lot for your money - and that's not even mentioning the mountain of good stash you'll get as part of the package.
We need to get an early idea of who is intending to go on tour soon so that we can start arranging accommodation, matches, events, pig roasts etc. The earlier we can get a firm commitment from you then the more chance we have of getting good sponsorship to reduce costs and increase kitty money. So... you've heard the stories - and now you want to join the esteemed list of Tour Legends? Here's what you need to do...
1. Indicate your intention to tour by making an initial deposit of £100 (£50 of which will be non-refundable) by Friday 6th April 2007. You can do this online by making a payment of £100 to the following account:

Please ensure you reference the payment with "Canada 2008" and your name.
2. Having made the payment, announce your intention to tour by return email. But most importantly, make sure you copy in ttunnicliff@talk21.com so your name can be added to the "Who's Touring?" section of the OCRFC website!
3. At the same time you make your deposit, we suggest you set up a standing order of 14 monthly payments of £100 a month (or lower amounts if you wish to pay more later) using the same account details given above.
For those of you with without online banking facilities, please contact Gareth Lewis (glewis@bpf.org.uk or 0207 802 0115) to make alternative arrangements for the deposit and standing order mandate.
