A good cause!!
Hello, As you may or may not be aware, each year I do a half triathlon to raise money for a good friend of mine that unfortunately had a stroke whilst playing for my rugby club in 2006. This year I will be competing in the Mazda London Triathlon on Saturday 7th August.
Warren is unable to go back to work as a graphic designer, and with no insurance paid out, needs all help for him and his young family in his long road to recovery. If you do know Wol, I trust you will help, if nothing else so you can post a witty comment about Japanese fishermen, harpoons and me in a wetsuit.
